Perform a variety of technical tasks associated with configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing the voice and network infrastructure.?Technical Requirements:Intermediate understanding of Cisco based routing, switching, network protocols, and telecommunication technologies.Effective use and customization of network Infrastructure software platforms is also required to monitor, identify, track, and resolve network and voice infrastructure issues and problems.Work effectively with the telecommunications manager and with telecommunications vendors both verbally and via online tools in the identification and resolution of telecommunication data circuit issues.Utilize intermediate to advanced knowledge and ability in the use, customization, and maintenance of network and server management application platforms used in the network operations center.Requires advanced analysis and troubleshooting skills along with the ability to think and work independently towards problem resolution.?Essential Duties:Monitor the health and wellness of managed network, server, and voice infrastructure on the local area and wide area networks. Monitor and customize monitoring applications to provide performance and trend monitoring analysis of local area and wide area networks, server infrastructure, and advanced event correlation and notification. Monitor applications including Solarwinds Orion, Plixer Scrutinizer, Wireshark, and SPLUNK. Monitor and analyze information security systems. Perform basic maintenance and complete service requests on security systems. These include endpoint security exceptions, troubleshooting email flow, web proxy exceptions, and monitor systems associated with security monitoring. Maintain accurate documentation on network equipment and data circuits.Identify and track advanced network and server infrastructure issues. Provide intermediate level troubleshooting and resolution of networking, routing, switching, and voice issues. Perform intermediate configuration tasks, testing, troubleshooting, and replacement of switches, routers, and servers. Provide intermediate to advanced level troubleshooting and resolution of telecommunication data circuit issues. Work with the appropriate staff and vendors in the resolution of issues.Receive assignments from manager in the form of projects with general objectives defined. Work independently on developing project priorities and implementation schedules. Keep manager advised of progress of all projects on a timely basis.Maintain effective verbal and written communications staff and vendors. Provide proactive communication to the appropriate staff and end users regarding network and server infrastructure performance issues and outages. Provide timely and accurate reporting to management concerning network and server infrastructure performance trends, issues, and problems. Participate in all Business Recovery planning, testing, and disasters. Utilize self-study training, seminars and trade journals to increase knowledge of Cisco network infrastructure.?Experience:3 or more years Operation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the software platforms and applications. Preferably utilizing software platforms and applications in the FFC network infrastructure including Cisco, Microsoft TCP/IP internetworking, switching, routing, and server infrastructure. (Required)3 or more years Monitoring and managing Cisco network and Microsoft server infrastructure in a business setting. Utilizing Orion Network Performance Manager. Local area and wide area networks. Data and voice telecommunications. (Preferred)?Education:Associate Degree or equivalent experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
