Our Kauffman Road plant in Landisville, PA is currently recruiting for an Assembly Operator (1st Shift) in our Forming Area. This position will be responsible for keeping the machines running, performing quality checks, and will perform changeover/setups for smaller forming dies and presses.

Qualifications:
Education /
Experience:
Experience with machine set-up
Ability to utilize inspection equipment to measure tooling/product for conformance. Inspection equipment includes: comparator, micrometers, dial calipers and gages.
Working knowledge of hand tools
Experience with SAP is preferred but not required
Ability to read blueprints
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift/push/pull and carry a minimum weight of 50 lbs.
Frequently required to extend arms and hands between knees & shoulders; frequent holding and grasping with hands.
Frequent standing and walking is required in this job.
