Pay Rate: $13 - $15 Depending on Experience

General Description:
The Purpose of this position is to grind rare earth magnet material to specified dimensions to customer specifications
Major Functions:
1.Safety
Optimize Safety/ Minimize Risk
-Wear Required PPE
-Adhere to Safety Precautions
2.Read, Understand and Follow Work Instructions (WI) and Process Control Standards (PCS)
-Access Paradigm to Review and/or Print WI or PCS
-Recommend Revisions and Updates to the WI and PCS
3.Interpret Customer Drawings
-Verify the drawing part number matches the manufacturing router
-Review the drawing to obtain specified dimensions, features, tolerances and customer requirements
4.Set Up Machinery
-Set up machines as required for operation
-Install proper tooling
-Select proper program if applicable
-Select proper measuring equipment available ( May includeoptical comparator, micrometer, gauges, dial dictator )
-Obtain a first piece inspection before running a job
5.Maintain Machinery
-Clean and organize machinery
-Fill the coolant or oil machine daily
-Grinding wheel change when needed
-Perform required preventative maintenance
-Request reorder of consumables as needed
6.Operate Machinery
-Surface Grinders
-Rotary Grinder
-Multi-Blade Slicer
-Meet Established Quality Standards and Production Rates
7. Verify and Accurately Record Data Into ERP Computer System, Manufacturing Routers, Logs, Databases and Control Charts
8. Perform In-Process Inspection as Required
9.Adhere to Escalation Policy

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
